Yamile Ramos

Yamile Ramos is a dancer, choreographer, artistic director, and educator whose life has been devoted to excellence in dance and wholehearted worship. Born in Cuba, she began her artistic journey at an early age, training in artistic gymnastics before dedicating herself to dance. Her passion, discipline, and creativity led her to become a featured soloist in major theatrical productions and international performances, building a career marked by excellence and artistic expression.
After relocating to Miami, Florida, Yamile experienced the transforming love of Jesus Christ. From that moment on, dance became far more than a profession—it became an act of worship, a calling, and a way to reveal God's beauty and truth.
Together with her husband, Bayron Ramos, she co-founded Jesus Is Alive Studios, where they have spent years creating music, media, and artistic projects that inspire families and point people to Christ.
As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Worship Dance Academy, Yamile has dedicated herself to raising a new generation of dancers who pursue both artistic excellence and spiritual character. Through every class, rehearsal, and performance, she encourages her students to discover that dance is not only an art form, but also a powerful expression of worship.
Her greatest passion is seeing children and young women grow in confidence, purpose, discipline, and faith, using the gifts God has placed within them to impact the world for His glory.
Beyond the studio, Yamile considers her greatest ministry to be her family. Together with Bayron and their children, she continues to serve the Kingdom through creativity, worship, and a shared mission of revealing Jesus to the world.
